All jen eales designs resin work is done by hand - not a machine. Each piece is hand poured in a custom made mould, sanded and polished by hand. During any of these 3 processes there are often marks that appear. These are not faults - they merely add to the character of the piece. An example of these could be small air bubbles, white markings or small indentations in the final piece. These add to the charm and should reassure you that you are getting a one-off, handmade piece. Please be advised that no two pieces will be exactly the same. Every effort is made to display the correct colour of these items however please note that colours display differently on all devices and colour mixing is different between different batches of resin due to the handmade nature.
